I was very fortunate enough to take a week long vacation very recently to visit  TonyaSong in Arizona. While there, she took me all around the state, beginning in Phoenix, passing through Flagstaff, and up to the tip top to see one landmark I've wanted to see all my life: Monument Valley. Though I took a lot of pictures, I just had to get the moment where we watched the sun rise over the valley immortalized as a commission. This trip is one experience I'll never forget. So, thank you Tonya, for making my first real trip out West so memorable.
Taking a vacation to someplace other than a con is very refreshing, and I encourage everyone to do it.
