AS the title say's it Sento and his twin brother Kento sparing and in the back ground you have Sync watching the two spar with a smile on his face, as they spar sweat and bruises appears and you can tell the two brothers are having fun beating each other up. Like to note that Kento is a martial artiest and Sento is a mma fighter.
