You shout and push at the beast who has latched onto you, unable to get out of their grasp. Its tail curls around you, pressing against your shorts as you squirm. Your shouts almost seem to get higher in pitch as the slime spreads across your skin, even as you try to tear it off. You can barely see as you’re dropped, head spinning.
Your legs bend, feet changing into paws and your hands shifting into claws of some sort, at least from the feeling. You aren’t entirely sure what’s happening to you, but you can feel the way your face lengthens into a maw, followed by your ears lengthening and pinning against your head.
You’re unsure as to why everything feels so big, or why you feel upset, but not at what is happening to your body. Everything is confusing and new, scales popping into being across your back as you wobble about, trying to get your bearings.
At least the other beasts seem happy to welcome a new hatchling into their folds, even if you’re confused.
