So yeah, bit of a Canadian-ism and then likely more understood by older Canadians unless you're from Quebec because there was a time the Quebec Winter Carnival was more celebrated across Canada than it is now because, like everyone else, we seemingly crawled into our little niches and ignore everyone outside of them. Basically Bonhomme is a French Canadian version of Frosty the Snowman (and supposedly Frosty's cousin according to some lit).

It seemed fitting somehow that Gisel (being from La Belle Province) would say that then "Frosty!"
