I'd say professional help but is so hard to trust someone with it, then is the fear of needing meds just to not be an emotional wreck. I can't offer any advice or way to get rid of them but to keep fighting them, be surrounded by loved ones and avoiding (as much as possible) things that make them show up again.

Kyander I really wish you the best, is not easy but I am sure you can beat them, they might not disappear but they can become more manageable.

I've already started therapy, but it's a long way to go...at least I'm on my way now
