So I started this a while ago but never really got to finish it until now. I only drew this because the first time I drew Arctic with his name associated I drew him really fat. This was just to fix that.

I put him in the snow mostly because I love snow so much. Also because we had a huge snow storm that dropped 21 inches of snow on us. After already having 9 inches of snow on the ground.
