Oh no, Schwarzy lost his uvula (Or has he gained a uvula with age)?

He may have been drawn with one in the earliest chapters, but he doesn't have one normally.

He's faceing into a cave so their is less light getting in. It's likely too dark back there to see it.

I don't think he ever had one, at least he's not supposed to x3 If he did at some point or at the very start of the whole comic, then that was a mistake.

I admit, it's almost been a decade since he was last depicted with a uvula.

I don´t know sometimes i have the feeling Schwarzis size is not consistant again many different angles.

In this case it could be a play on how big he feels. For example I saw a large spider as a kid and even now it seems like it was a foot tall in my mind. It wasn't but it still seems that way.

The middle panel in this page for example is his "correct size", with people being roughly as tall as one of his smaller toes. On other panels like top right I change it a bit depending on who else I want to be visible together with him, otherwise it makes showing him together with everyone else real difficult.

Huh.... yeah i don't think Calie thought this feeding thing through. First, Big wolf + crumb size stake = still hungry wolf.
Second, getting that meat in his maw has you not just looking at that megamaw but possibly getting close to it and maybe even having to lean in to get the meat on his tongue.

I wouldn't feel bad about forgetting. Akira Toriyama has the same problem with his series. Reconsider, intentional or not do happen, such as in the beginning of your story describing the 4 Beasts. You moved on from that as the story evolved into something else. That happens when making stories. It changes from where you first intended and that is fine. =3

Oh no no, the 3 grand beasts are still a part of the story x3 I just haven't gotten around to them yet.

Ah, I just thought it was a retcon. Oh well, you'll find their place in due time.

She really didn't think it through. I was imagining the situation with Cherry, the other day, with her brother just making pancakes and whatnot and how much harder it was gonna be with Schwarzi himself. But this really just sets the scale of the problem wonderfully.

Though for the time being, at least, it HAS been a good while since he ate and he hasn't gone mad with hunger, so...maybe that magic fruit has also given him a pretty good metabolism for this sorta thing! Might not be so bad!

I've thought about the metabolism thing, but can't see myself going too much deeper into just how much he needs to eat apart from one or two well timed mentions. If stuff goes how I envision, next chapter should or the one after will explain this kinda stuff better~

I'll be honest, I was willing to wave it off as a general "magic fruit" thing that would never be fully addressed. But I'm more than happy that there's a plot reason for it!

Wow! Despite several pages and panels showing the size difference between these two. It's always a 'reality' check to see it illustrated as such. Schwarzplez's maw is a cave in itself for Calie. And while fellow maw enjoyers and myself appreciate your expertise at illustrating amazing damp fanged caves. I can only imagine how much like a door way to death it must look like to Callie. She's probably seen family, friends and just passersbys ground to paste or simply disappeared down the gullets of maws just like the one she stands before now. She is actually quite admirable to fight through the fear and trauma to put up with and help "little" Schwarzi.

Seriously though I love how you made the two maws in this scene. Impressive but looming and ominous. But somehow made the owner of that intimidating maw an adorable goofball. Not sure I want to know how he becomes as jaded and guarded in the future. Though admittedly I am curious where he gets the artifact thing he keeps in he stomach.

I'm always happy getting a chance to show how big Schwarzi really is x3 Glad you enjoy the big moufs~
