I had a commissioned set of cockatiels that were permanently attached to a springy rope and a perch. That way they could be hung from a wire birdcage and the commissioner could pretend she had birds without the upkeep. I thought that was pretty smart. XD
Bird is 7" long, made of a gourd, wire, paperclay, epoxy clay, and cosclay with glass eyes. Painted with acrylics.
