Unfortunately, the photos were shot from a quick -developing camera, done in a black background and shot at a distance. I didn't take the pictures, rather, the recipient of the model, and it's all I can do

Acually, I forgot to take decent pictures before I sent it to him, so I asked if he could do it for me, but it was done on a poloroid, all dark and real tiny, I did the best I could to bring it some life, which didn't turn out so bad but could be better

Em.... okay I was referring to the characters' anatomy: digitigrade (walking with heels off the ground like canines or felines) vs. plantigrade (walking with heels on the ground like humans and bears). In the movie all the characters walked with their their heels on the ground like humans. In your statue you show them standing digitigrade with their heels in the air. Was wondering if the person who commissioned you specified this or if you chose that style.

Oh, my bad, feeling quite sheepish in acknowledging that I didn't know what digitigrade meant. Ok, with that out of the way, I decided to sculpt them as digitigrade because i wanted to convey a feeling of exuberance and joy in thier new life, as if they're skipping. Good catch, I might say

That's the trouble, some people like the gloss and others prefer the matt. Unless it's a commision, it's a 50 -50 chance every time. But i choose the gloss
