Libran is the child of Sydriel and Alethea, the deities of Justice and Truth. They are the God of Vigilance, though they dislike being called and worshipped as a god. They are easy to summon if you or a loved one were denied the justice they deserved, or if a criminal escaped. They relentlessly hunt down those who escaped justice. Once they have a scent, they will find you no matter where you go in the multiverse.

Their sword won't kill anyone they don't specifically wish to kill. It will however store their target(s) in their blade until they are brought to law enforcement, court, prison, or worse depending on their crimes.
