Another set of hands flew up to Splinter's maw and shoved a rather enormous doughnut in his mouth. Splinter soon began chewing as it grew louder and louder, the sound of a new glutton. Splinter had been missing for some time now, but his sons weren't aware that their sensei was in the literal hands of... hands. Taking a wounded Splinter and nursing him back health, or at least their version of health. His gaining was subtle at first, letting the ninjitsu master eat of his own accord. However, after he discovered that everything these hands had was highly fattening, the hands kicked his gaining in maximum overdrive, starting off slow, but getting faster and more forceful. Splinter would eating thousands upon thousands of calories everyday, and each passing day it'd show upon his ever fattening body. His robe would become snug, his wraps would tear, his mobility becoming hindered with each passing day. When his sons do eventually find him, they find a morbidly immobile rat getting fed so many desserts. Splinter was the size of the Turtle Van, his belly looking like a massively wide wedding cake with keg sized legs and useless feet sticking out, his moobs looking soft and pillowy, Splinter's hands while useless, still tried their best to stop the onslaught of calorie intake he was being subjected to. His face lost among a sea if cheek and chin blubber. The hands quickly turned their attention to their new visitors, hovering towards them with more fattening desserts in their hands and ready to fight. But not before Splinter's fat bulk crushed a divot into the floor, Splinter truly was a fat, immobile rat, and now it was up to his sons to save him or become immobile blobs of lard, just as Splinter was.

I'll leave it ambiguous whether the turtles win and retrieved Splinter or are beaten and fattened to immobility. I saw this YCH from  Calorie and thought of a certain scenario from a certain game. So huge thank you to him for this. Splinter's definitely getting fat, and these hands want him to be fatter and fatter. So fat, he can't do anything but keep getting fatter.
