As seen in the latest chapter of Pokémon Nursery Dungeon, the Cradle Ball is the latest in baby-comforting technology. First, the ball pops open and its tongue-like blankets lash out at the target, wrapping around them and bundling them up like a sweet baby as it lays their head against a massive pillow. The blankets are soft, but tight, and resistance from the target typically does little to help their predicament. Many mechanical arms are buried underneath the soft blankets and can accomplish tasks such as slipping the baby into a massive set of pamps - unseen by anyone outside - and tickling the baby as the ball wobbles back and forth, cradling them. One arm is equipped with a massive baby bottle, and it will force-feed the baby sweetened milk that relaxes the muscles and drains away any thoughts of resistance, lulling them into near-unconciousness as they can only feel the comfort all around them. If the ball is too big for the baby, that's fine - the special formula of the milk ensures all babies become BIG babies, and they will eventually grow to fill the ball completely <3
