Hoshiko is older than Yuki, but younger than Kiminari. She's got feathers because she's an air demon, and the only jewelery she wears is the gold tail ring that all the sisters have, and a couple of small rings on her tail tip. The rest of her adornments are ribbons with feathers that, unfortunately, look like leaves.... Ah well, that happens. Hoshiko means Star, and was the closest in the babynames book I used to mean something to do with the air.
