I know this was posted from a year ago, but yes! 8D audio is very possible. It can only be experienced through headphones however, so pop some in and listen to the audio. It does indeed sound like it is circling around your head.
Search up “8D Audio” anywhere and you kind find tons of sound renditions for it.
