A lot of the previous sketches ended up on Twitter, but I felt that these were nice enough to share here as well.
This is a continuation of a concept of Anubianjackals wolves I was working on for the Attention Valued Customers universe. This character is part of a Brazillian-Portuguese allegory sect of Royals originally from the Nile Country (essentially furry Egypt). He's a creature similar to an Anubis, called a Wepwawet. Wepwawets are war deities who have the ability to see an interact with the space between the living and the dead, and also have a connection to death, justice and violence. In this universe, the Royal Wepwawets generally feel themselves to be soldiers or guards, and connect with their Royal abilities through conflict. Wepwawets generally have longer limbs, muzzles, and sharper features than a typical Egyptian wolf, though these features can be softened by intermixing with Mundanes such as is the case with the character pictured above. In the top right corner is his mother, a more typical Wepwawet.
There were some pretty major changes, but longtime followers will recognize this guy.
