Rainbow through the mist over a waterfall. The waterfall itself is hidden off-side. That's part of the secret.

This is, I think, my personal favorite shot from this morning's shoot. This one comes from my heart, it has hidden leprechauns dancing with the fauns under the foot of that rainbow, right behind that big tree that keeps heavy-footed humans like you and me from blundering in.

I shot 400 frames this morning (I was bracketing a LOT as I intended to play with some variants on my usual HDR techniques). Over the last three-point-five hours I've built like 8 HDRs, knocked the whole collection down to about 100-ish "keeps", and did post-processing to take 26 of them to mostly-complete.

Mostly-complete for me means as much as I can do in Lightroom, without having to take it into Photoshop.
