I have a deep love for black holes. Gaps in spacetime, they pull in any and all matter that enters their gravitational influence. Anything caught in their grasp slips out of time as the gravitational forces grow stronger and stronger. Once it finally passes the event horizon, that is it. In a sense, black holes are the end of the universe.
