Nothing like driving something around that looks like a fighter jet from the back side. This car truly is gorgeous in so many ways. Once again American engineering at it's finest. I can't believe it is just a small company that can make this.

The entire design is build by them. The chassis is all carbon fiber built from the ground up. http://www.mach7motorsports.com/Falcon.html
I'm a little late to the game on this, being as I'm just journal-surfing... but I figure it's worth mentioning that saying a sports car "has the roofline of a fiero" is a little like saying some kind of white meat "tastes like chicken." :) Testarossas (http://automobilesdeluxe.tv/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/ferrari-testarossa.jpg), and to a lesser extent Panteras and Esprits, as well as a ton of Ferraris, all have pretty similar geometry. But what's with the mid-2000s impala tail lights?! :)
I see it's "predicted" to cost ~$200k (I couldn't find a price on their web site?), but for contrast, the Factory Five GTM is literally 10x cheaper and, being a kit, uses readily available 5th gen corvette parts, and looks a little less... overly-accessorized. If you paid someone to build a GTM for you and bought a crate LT7 from the dealer I guess you're up to maybe 50k but still.
It is neat to see a local company doing that stuff. I kinda wish there'd be a local company doing something like the Ariel Atom, or something I might actually be able to afford at some point in my life. Or my own personal favorite, street-legal conversions on indy/formula cars. ;)
Yes, the Ford GT was a great car (barring a few flaws), and the GT-90 was a great prototype.

The Falcon reminds me of a Dodge Viper in some ways, especially the body and roof line. I LOVED pics I saw of the concept of the Chrysler ME-12, but then the economy decided to tank. I doubt that that supercar will ever get into production, but it was one bitchin' concept.
Call me crazy but the GT-90 concept car was pretty awesome. Looked like a f-117 ><
