After studying loads of artwork from mid 2000s goth/emo artists (including my gf's older sister's) I finally got a cohesive idea of how to make my own version of the art style! I tackled it with Krita and some awesome brushes I found on DeviantArt and Brusheezy, and I had a BLAST drawing this. I haven't felt so good about making art in a long time. And this all came naturally to me. And it shows my aesthetic perfectly. Emo 4 lyfe!
