Drendezz, Apocalypse Dragon Barbarian
Aqamsk was a blue dragon many hundreds of years old. Drendezz wasn't sure why their father wasn't an apocalypse dragon, but that thought barely even crossed his mind. All his many siblings were from different heritages as well, and they didn't seem bothered. Things were going well running the family business of trading secrets and sowing mistrust between royal dragons across the continent, until a curious stranger accused Aqamsk of stealing eggs...
Of course.
Hard to believe that Aqamsk is really my father. He doesn't have nearly enough spines, the head shape's all wrong... Drendezz thought.
But he didn't care. Aqamsk, provided comfort, helped him deal with the natural urges to break things, to take life slow and appreciate the gravity of what goes into even a simple bowl, a table. How things must be put together and be made to stay together...
EDIT
Drendezz is a young apocalypse dragon, who's only recently seen his 22nd winter. His species hails from Abaddon, realm of demons and home of the Four Horsemen, and though he himself isn't native to the plane, he still feels the influence of it. His instinctual desire to destroy things and snuff out life have been beaten back with the love and support of his father, Aqamsk, and having a variety of other dragons to bully get along with has also helped him be himself.
He's still learning important concepts like learning and co-operation, and the idea that he should ask for things instead of taking them is something he's trying to wrap his head around... but the progress is steady, despite being slow.
Drendezz is considered nothing but a troublemaker. Aqamsk brings the young dragon out on jobs when brute strength or intimidation is required, but would be embarrassed to show the dragonet in front of a court. Drendezz looks up to Thok as a role model, but isn’t wise enough yet to understand what it means to separate the diamonds from the rough.
