This reference sheet shows my fursona Mandel in his usual attire. In his biped form, he dresses like most people would do: a shirt, maybe a sweater when it's cold, some trousers, and even some specially made hoof boots. This is not an option for his taur form. He can't wear any trousers, and with that comes the issue that you'd miss out on some pockets to keep things. Fortunately, he has a special pocket belt for that, and for bigger stuff, he can strap on a saddle back. Since it's hard to reach his back feet, he's wearing horseshoes in his taur form (the farrier is one of the few people outside his friends and family who knows he's a taur).
