Curious, a hole that leads to a new life, like an isekai. It would be something like the Wardrobe in Narnia, where you find a human-shaped hole, you go in, and you follow it until you come out on the other side, but now you're an adorable little Goblin girl in another world.
She tries to go back but the hole disappeared. Then you find out that the hole goes back and forth throughout the Kingdom. And now our new Goblin is going to have to survive while she searches for the hole, she will make friends, alliances, and end up founding a Goblin Kingdom, but be careful, the Goblin Slayer is stalking her!!

No, I think this is just like the ending of The Enigma of Amigara Fault, where another fault line earthquake uncovered another chasm whose walls are lined with holes, this time shaped like something cute instead of twisted and disturbing. In other words, since the original story ended with another strange chasm found on Earth, then why would the other side be in another dimension in this picture?
I see.
I didn't know about that story, and when you told me I went to look for it, and God, it's brutal. Right now I am taking a tour of the complete works of the author.
Thinking a little about the premise of a hole that molds you into a new creature is great, it leads to many interesting sequences, removing the psychological and horror elements, of course.
Also, the idea can be used to go to other worlds, like an Isekai, but it would also make sense that an entity created the holes to turn people into Monsters to attack the modern world, as one of the theories says that a demon carved the silhouettes for the same.
