The entire plot of the Waterway in one way or another revolves around the creatures of the cosmic Stream.
These breeds are phenomenal, different from organic nature and very different, but they can be conditionally classified!

PART 1 - Keepers🌌

Keepers are the most common category and the most powerful!

Randomly appearing from the stream with unreasonable clumps of energy and Sand, they settle on the planets closest to the Stream and develop for a long time mimicking under other forms of life, accumulating energy and information.

◉ neos keepers ◉
The young offspring of the Stream are only observers with the beginnings of the mind. Poorly manage their power and can harm their surroundings (like Lord of Soot in my comics).
In this state, they are easiest to catch and destroy, which is what people from deep space do.

◉ ripe keepers ◉
Keepers who have already formed a mind and gained the power and ability to use it. Often become "deities" and rulers of their planets. Almost not vulnerable, but gradually lose their mind over time and become aggressive and insane. This is partly because they are drawn back into the Stream, but at the same time they feel that it will destroy them. They are able to change shape and move through cosmos space. One of the central characters is Tiamat, a prime example of this type!
Mature Guardians are also subject to capture and destruction by the humans of deep space to prevent their destructive behavior and transition to the next category.

◉ keepers maximus ◉
Here people of deep space write down those against whom their most advanced technologies are not effective. It is not even possible to study the full range of their abilities. They appear when they want and where they want, are not fixed by sensors and can pull people out of reality at their discretion (Artemy from my comic).
There are only two of them now:
Artemy is a scientist who really succeeded in the study of Sand and its use. He went missing and gained phenomenal power. Pursues his own personal goals.
Jude is space/dimension into which he drags random people and tries to communicate with them. It is extremely rare for people to survive after this. It occurs like wormholes and creepy guro illusions in random places.
