The other day, my boyfriend noticed that my cat, Beautiful, had what appeared to be a scar on the back of her neck. It was her normal skin color and she was missing a little hair.
A few days later, it looks like this. We have no idea what this is or how she got it. My boyfriend has been putting peroxide and ointment on it. We have no money to take her to the vet. =/
Does anyone know what this is and how I should treat it?
***Edit***
She won't let anyone touch it really and she keeps scratching it.
She's also an inside cat.

Do your cats have flea collars? Do you use any flea drops on them?
Do they have any known allergies? Does your other cat lick or bite at it?
My guess is that there was some sort of irritation [whether it be an infected cut, certain fleadrops, a flea collar, etc] and the cat chewed it open and it isn't healing. Your best bet would be to call a vet [call and ask for advice] or buy an E.Collar to keep her from biting it until you can bring her into the vets.
Be careful what you're putting on the wound because it could be harmful if she ingests it. Also, no matter how bad you feel for your cat, do not give her pain meds. Not even little bits of them.
People make the mistake of giving their cats 1/4 tylenol but acetaminophen is deadly to cats.
I'm sorry I can't help more ]:
