Everett Palsean (pronouced Pal-see-on) was the central antagonist of the main narrative. Believing humans to be cruel and hypocrites in their treatment of fictional characters, he intends to alter reality on a cosmic scale. Humans would become fictional characters and fictional characters would become real.

This is a goal he will stop at nothing to achieve. He will sacrifice anything for the good of all fictional characters to ensure they're treated well.

And before anyone makes a 'he's right statement', note that he doesn't see a difference between official and fan media. So something generally disliked like 'Velma', in his mind, is just as awful as TFS's Dragon Ball Z abridged. In his mind, neither should exist. The pics I've and others have commissioned over the years, the stories I and others have written, etc. All of it shouldn't exist in his mind.

"My ambition is to liberate my people from Human Cruelty."

This is his mission. How he intends to accomplish this... I don't know.
