Princess Harauna of Clan Vento di Luna (Moonwind) is one of the many figureheads of the numerous clans making up the nation of Glaacc. Unlike most, she is a stubborn optimist, some thinking she’s far too optimistic. As she’s convinced that not only can Glaacc peacefully co-exist with the Kurikand Imperium, she believes they should. Though her reasoning is far less whimsically optimistic and far more realist. That being she’s fully aware her nation is in no way capable of fighting the war they’re currently engaged in. And that the only reason they haven’t collapsed completely is due to their close alliance with the Ebrian Empire.

Despite the fact that Glaacc is digging itself into the ground by continuing the war, most of the other figureheads staunchly disagree with her. Even members of her own clan and family. Though this ironically makes her quite popular with some members of the military. Particularly with battered frontline units who are on the receiving end of the government’s ignorance. As they’re the absolute last people that want the war to be dragged on. With many of the soldiers viewing her as a much needed fresh face in government. Though that’d of course require her to actually become her clan’s representative. Something that many of the older members wouldn’t want to happen…

She’d spend a reasonable amount of time in the Ebrian Empire, helping with maintaining good relations with the Empire. Though the journey to and from Glaacc would become increasingly dangerous as time goes on. Something she’d accepted long before then. From roaming bands of pirates to the Sukeutese military and even those within her own government.

Glaacc’s government can more or less be summed up as a very loose collection of clans/states barely being held together by a parliament of sorts. Made all the worse that many of these clans have radically differing forms of government even by then. From monarchies/royalists to fascists. In a time when the country really needs a stable government, it does not have one.
