🐮🐮🐮 ingredients 🐮🐮🐮
1/4 to 1/2 cup Cooked teriyaki flavored beef round four sliced and diced
1/2 cup Shiitake mushrooms sliced and diced
1/4 cupMild pickled jalapenos sliced then diced
1/4 cup Sweet onion sliced and diced
1 tbs Philadelphia cream cheese original
3 to 4 tbs Organic roasted red pepper and tomato soup
1 tbs hidden valley ranch original
1 /2 tbs Arby's horsey sauce
3 packet of taco bell mild sauce or 1 tbs
10 drops chulula hot sauce
1 tbs black pepper
1/2 tbs sea salt
1/2 tbs garlic powder
Pepper jack cheese slices
Provolone cheese slices
Mozzarella shredded
Cheaper jack cheese shredded
Sweet baby Ray's bbq sauce
Jalapeno and cheddar tortillas
Pam
⭐⭐⭐Items needed⭐⭐⭐
Cutting board
Sauce pan
Big metal or wooden spoon
Sharp knife
Air fryer or oven
Baking pan with foil or a air fryer pan
🐮Side note the teriyaki beef round slices used for this recipe were leftovers. The beef was just a beef round that was cooked in Norrs sides teriyaki rice and the beef absorbed the seasoning from the rice 🐮
👏 Cooking time👏
🐼Step 1
Grab your saucepan and place it on the stove next to your prep station. Then grab your cutting board and knife and place it next to the pan on the counter. Spray the pan with some pam.
🧅Step 2
Take your onion and cut two to 3 slices off of The Onion. Then you take those slices of onions and dice them up until you have 1/4 to 1/2 a cup of onion.
🍄step 3
Take your pre-sliced shiitake mushrooms and dice them up then place them into the pan with the onions you only want to use about half a cup of mushroom.
🌶️step 4
Take 12 to 15 slices of mild pickled jalapenos rings slices and dice them until you have 1/4 to half of a cup and dump in with the onions and mushrooms in the pan.
🐮Step 5
if you have the beef pre cooked fully you can take 4 slices of the teriyaki beef round. Cake and dice up the meat and place it in the frying pan with the vegetables.
🐮Step 6
Add 1 tablespoon of the Philadelphia cream cheese, 1 tablespoon or 3 packets of taco bell mild sauce, 3 to 4 tablespoons roasted red pepper and tomato soup,1/2 tablespoon of horsey sauce, 1 tbs ranch dressing, 1 tbs black pepper, 1/2 tbs sea salt,1/2 tbs garlic powder, 7 to 10 drop of Cholula hot sauce original mix all the ingredients on a medium heat and stir every few minutes to keep the sauce from burning. Cook until all the veggie are nice and tender should take 8 to 10 minutes depending on your stove.
🔥Step 7
If you are planning to use an oven for this recipe preheat the oven to 400 to 405°. than grab your baking pan cover it with aluminum foil and spray with Pam.
If you are using an air fryer spray your air fryer pan with Pam to be ready for step 10
🐼Step 8
Take your jalapeno cheddar flour tortilla then place one slice of pepper jack cheese on one side and provolone cheese on the other side of the tortilla . Do the same thing with the mozzarella and the cheddar cheese. Then take a small amount of sweet baby Ray's original bbq and do a zig zag pattern across the top of the cheese on the tortilla
🥄🥣step 9
Place your content from the sauce pan nice and hot onto the tortilla of the cheese sides. Keep the filling at least 3 inch from the edge than fold and squish gently to seal the quesadilla to allow the cheese to bond to the ingredients and melt to the quesadilla
If you were using an oven you should be able to make two to three quesadillas at a time. On the baking pan
If you are using a air fryer you will only be able to do 1 at a time.
🔥Step 10 oven
After the oven has been preheated to 400 to 405° spray the tops of the quesadillas with Pam than place your baking tray into the oven cook for six to 10 minutes keeping an eye on the quesadillas watching for them to turn a golden brown. Carefully not to over cook them.
🔥Stepp 10.5 airfryer
If you are using the air fryer method please your quesadilla up against one of the edges on an angle spray the top of the quesadilla with Pam then place in the air fryer at 400° for 5 and 1/2 6 minutes any longer then that you will overcook the tortilla. Also if the quesadilla is not placed on an angle in the air fryer the air fryer can take an open your quesadilla up so positioning is everything.
🐼Step 11
If you did the oven method for this recipe let the quesadillas sit for a minute and a half to two minutes before slicing them into triangles

If you use the air fryer method take and use your spatula to scoop the quesadilla out of the air fryer pan and place on a plate or a sheet. Repeat step 8 through 10.5 for the air fryer until you have cooked all your ingredients into your quesadillas. You can slice your quesadillas into triangles as they are cooling and you're waiting for the next one to come out of the air fryer.
Step 12
Grab whatever sides that you would like to have with your quesadilla as well as whatever toppings you would like to use.
