There is clearly the "Umbrella Corp" logo hidden underneath that kanji there on his arm. You even trying to hide the references, or do you not care? I'm okay with either answer, I like these references. XD

That's just the clan banner. It actually just a cross under the moon motifs of the logo, plus the rabbit chinese letter on it. So this one is just coincidence, but i can see the similarities too :P

She's not his daughter She's just a female who he took interest in because of the experiments she survived when he was trying to save his daughter and succeeded.

And Lili, being the perky female minion she thinks her beloved boss needs, even if he's not interested in her THAT way.
