The Chaos Canines have gone a little radio silent. Underground in the city, they've been stealing some other hero organization uniforms, claiming as their own. Nycto and Ari decided that they needed to recruit some 'willing' subjects, Nier and Medu, being loyal drones that'll serve under the Chaos Canines, whilst also doubling as false 'heroes'.
