I always wanted to try schnitzel. I know it's similar to Country Fried Steak, but it's prepared differently and it can be many kinds of meat.

It's funny how people often confuse schnitzel with the hot dog (or weiner/frankfurter, kind of the same food).

I have no idea how you can confuse Schnitzels and Sausages.

You can blame the restaurant chain for being named after the Austrian veal variant.

Probably, Cider is my all time favorite alcoholic beverage to drink, and the dish on the picture looks delicious, is it chicken or pig schnitzel? that mushrom sauce has cheese in it´s composition?

Its german so its pork. Traditional german food is 90% cabbage, potatos and pork.
These is no cheese in this sauce, it is regular brown cream sauce..
