You have to learn to recognize the signs of getting old hon;

1 - you know you're getting old when you sit in a rocking chair and can't get it going....
2 - you know you're getting old when all the numbers in your little black book end in the letters M.D.
3 - you know you're getting old when you turn out the lights for economical, rather then romantic reasons
4 - you know you're getting old when you get up to brush your teeth in the morning... and are happy because it's easier when they're in your hand, instead of in your mouth..

I'm not quite there yet but my back seems to be well ahead of time.

I heard you disintegrate when you reach the age of 40. Can't confirm.
