Ceila's very open to trading for shiny objects! However, not everything she has on offer fits in her coat, so she has a carriage that she operates out of / lives in! It's unknown how she moves it about - there's no horses steering it and it doesn't seem to have any tech that moves it around - but people have spotted it in Green Hill, Spiral Hill Village, Central City, Station Square, Emerald Hill, heck, someone claimed to have seen it during a vacation to Little Planet during one of its annual appearances over Never Lake!
Everything she has on offer is stuff she's scavenged - she doesn't even know the origins of most of the items she's collected, but they're shiny so she's happy to hoard them until someone else shows up with an equally shiny item!
