The Dark Brotherhood... the Dark Brotherhood.
Oh right. The guys who don't care about honorable combat, seeing your enemy's face when they die, or any other 'rules of war', professional hired killers whose only code is to get the job done. And any assassin worth his poison dagger will make sure to learn as much as he can about the enemy before doing the deed. So he's likely to keep as much distance as he possibly can when making the kill to not be infected by the curse.

not to mention able to speak given the curse spreads by touch and a giant, eight-legged / six-legged creature wearing lipstick was attempting to have everyone ride it, in both meanings of the word. Then there's the guy who got turned into an argonian and fled to the black marshes XD
Probably but it depends who takes the contract. Most of them are cloak and dagger killers, but not all need to be cautious in their approach.
If they sent Arnbjorn he would probably simply charge them in him frenzied werewolf form and rip them limb from limb before they even know what was happening, even Crushabelle may not be strong enough to resist such an attack.
If they sent Babette she could get very close without arousing suspicion thanks to her childlike body and for all we know her vampirism may make her immune to transformations altogether.
Those are probably the only two from the brotherhood's Dawnstar location that could fulfill the contract in exotic ways, but there's tons of other agents from outside of Skyrim (like how Cicero is not actually a Dawnstar member) who could visit.
As for this "Nihilus Blackblade"... he's not a canonical character afaik. Invented in this comic. He could have absolutely any type of personality and subscribe to any style of assassination. For all we know he's like a top of the line conjurer who can stand on the edge of town and summon two storm atronachs to annihilate the entire group before he can even see them let alone be affected. Or maybe even conjure a Dremora Lord who is daedric themselves, and almost certainly wouldn't be affected by whatever daedric magic is happening here.
(Almost certainly I'm thinking too hard about this tbh. What's probably gonna actually happen is this guy's just gonna approach with the same dagger he's picking his nails with and be turned into some argonian manwhore or something for the plot. Idk lmao)

Here is a thought regarding the fact that additional clothing can change their personality what if in the coming clash the assassin loses his hood but is still winning the fight, I can definitely see either Pussywillow or Lifts her Tail putting on the hood to get the skilled to fend him off.
Also I wonder what effects some more unusual clothing could have, like a dog collar making them act like a pet, or a childs shirt actually de aging one of them, or a flower crown made by a kid as a thank you turning them into a peaceful hippie.

Three sentences reduced down to 'Cease, yon bitches', actually got to me. So simple, yet got very roughly the same message out. XD That was hilarious to me.
Also, depending on how it goes with the Dark Brotherhood, this might be bad, or absolutely funny. Actually, now I'm a tad curious how the Night Mother thinks of this, cause unless I'm mistaken doesn't the requests for the Dark Brotherhood get 'heard' by her first?

Crushabelle seems to be channeling the late, great Moses Harry Horwitz.
Your right, that was unnecessarily cruel... Nihilus Blackblade, dark elven assassin of the evil death cult The Dark Brotherhood? I am sorry for implying you where any sort of stereotype. Please accept this MCR t-shirt and this 'I'm sorry your family all died tragically leaving you to grow up on the streets, having to use nothing, but your wits and your skills to survive, learning that the only person you could trust... Was yourself' hallmark card. I'll now leave you in this shadowy corner to brood till that group of adventurers finally gets around to recruiting you to join their party even though you repeatedly loudly declare that you 'work alone'.
(Also just to be clear, I am not actually criticizing the comic with this bit, I'm just having a bit of fun, your writing has always been excellent and weather this guy is cursed already or just an amusingly picture perfect stereotype of an edgy assassin I am POSITIVE this will inevitably lead to more delightful shenanigans! )

I always get sad thinking about the day this series inevitably comes to an end. I really like Crushabelle a lot, it's hard to put into words but there's a very specific energy with her humiliation that isn't often done with women, and by "women", I mean women who identify as such before any TG hi-jinx.
Lately I've also really come around to Footstool, too, mostly because of some shoe transformation someone did that really got me hard into foot worship when I used to consider it kind of boring. A shame that I've only now begun to appreciate her. Hope she comes back soon!

...I wonder if the Graybeards would be affected by the Curse? Would they become female Dovah, with only the Dovah (And Lifts-Her-Tail) knowing they are Stereotypical outlooks of Dovah because they can understand the language?
...I just pictured Paarthurnax practically begging Alduin to end the World, and Alduin being all like "Nope, Nope, Oblivion Nope! Father can Eat this World for all I care, I'm leaving!"
