We're getting close to the home stretch for the Mario movie, and merchandise has finally started hitting the shelves! I managed to luck out and get 4 of the Jakks Pacific figures today (though sadly Bowser was nowhere to be found, but I'll eventually get him as well).

Just wanted to say, that compared to a lot of other figures I have, these things are HUGE! Like they're almost as big as NECA figures.

I hate to admit I have no room for these things (or a lot of stuff I have) but I don't care. I'll MAKE room.

If you're wondering why Luigi isn't holding his light in this, I tried to get him to hold it, but his hand just does NOT want to cooperate at this point in time. I'll get it to work, eventually. The only other nitpick I have for these figures is Toad is VERY back heavy, which makes standing him upright a REAL pain. In fact, the only reason he is in this picture is because his head is resting against the desk. Plus at 20 bucks each, getting these got kinda pricey. But if these WERE NECA figures, they'd probably cost even MORE than that, because that's just how they seem to roll.
