Comic Context
Since Leader is technically the literal representation of "You must be into animals" misconception that Furries get, it's kinda important to her and her team that their victims feel the right amount of Shame when they are "caught" by them in their game. It's just that most of the Furries that her team gets hired to hunt down don't see Ponies as animals that way, thus the shame when they "catch" them like this would be pretty low compared to the other animal characters they turn into. So becoming Ponies in general for their Hunts is kind a rare thing for them which is why this is such a special occasion for them.
