Preston and his toon friend Toonby are near Preston's apartment. Toonby shows Preston what he made Preston asks what is it. Toonby answer a toon formula and procedes to pour it on Preston. Preston cleans up as he immediately starts to transform starting with his nose with toon eyes popping out. His feet bursting out of his shoes. He gains ears and grows into a giant. Preston's eyes pop out seeing he's a giant toon roo in traffic he apologizes trying not to step on anyone.Toonby tells him he'll start on the cure.
