Prologue


Just-Kon: “I know this kingdom has faced many shadow thieves before, but this guy……He is something else.”

{“...Indeed he is…”}

Just-Kon: “I can’t fight him, alone.”

{“...You are never alone, my vessel. You have me afterall…”}

[There is a moment of silence.]

Just-Kon: “Unless… we can find help from other worlds.”

{“...What?...”}

Just-Kon: “I have no choice. I must assemble the best warriors out there, in order to stop him!”

{“...This is very foolish what you are doing, my vessel…”}

Just-Kon: “Shut up. This won’t be an easy job. Some of them might not trust me, and I may have to defeat them in battle in order for them to join. But there is someone out there I know who would definitely join.”

Vane: “Uhh, Your Highness?”

Just-Kon: *jumps in fright* ; *turns around to see Vane standing behind him* “Vane! Don’t scare me like that!”

Vane: “Sorry about that. Who were you talking to?”

Just-Kon: *sighs* “Nobody. Just myself."

Vane: “Ah, ok.”

Just-Kon: “What are you doing here?”

Vane: “I was just checking up on you before heading for bed.”

Just-Kon: “I see. Well I’m doing fine if you were asking.”

Vane: “That’s good to hear. Anyways, goodnight.” *walks out of the room*

Just-Kon: “Goodnight.” *continues to stare out the window at the city below*
