[The knight and Just-Kon’s team chase Dr. Pederin through the entire jungle and into the savanna. Just-Kon called for several groups of guards to follow him and close in on Dr. Pederin. Eventually, they corner him in a nearby village.]
Guard 3: “Nowhere to run!”
Guard 4: *says “You’re dead meat, pal!” in Skycloudian*
[An energy blast shoots at the group from out of nowhere. Everyone, even the knight, falls over.]
Just-Kon: *looks up to see a familiar figure step out from one of the houses with their arm in the shape of a monster’s head, their head emitting a black flame, and with the same toxic green eyes* “Void?”
[All the guards get pulled by the nearby grass and get thrown pretty far. A flower then grows right next to Void, and morphs its stem into a body.]
HF: *looks up and sees the infected alien flower* “Jade!”
[Everyone then stands up and notices that Dr. Pederin has vanished.]
Vane: “Dammit, he got away!”
Haydn: “Uuum, Just-Kon!”
Just-Kon: “Yes, Haydn?”
Haydn: “Who is that guy on the left, and why does he look like that Shadeis guy we encountered back at the warp station!?”
Just-Kon: “*sigh* That is my friend, Void. And yes, he’s the one who told me all about Shadeis.”
HF: “I’m sorry, who are we talking about?”
Just-Kon: *turns to HF* “Not now, Hidden!” *turns back to where he was previously looking* “I was not expecting him to be here. And now look at him! He’s now infected by the Serpent’s Bidding!”
Haydn: “Hey! Remember, he’s not actually gone! If you kill him, he’ll still wake back up!”
Just-Kon: “Yes, I know, but still!”
HF: “Urg! Enough talking, you two! Let’s thrash them before they thrash us!” *pulls out her axe*
[Everyone readies their weapons.]
The Knight: *stands up and draws his ancient nail*
[A bunch of magic skulls appear around the warriors and close in.]
Just-Kon: *sees the skulls* “Look out!”
[Just-Kon, Haydn, HF, Vane, Jamie, and the knight duck out of the way as the skulls fly towards where they were standing. The skulls explode.]
Just-Kon: *sees Jamie* ; *opens a portal to the Warp Zone* “Mr. Hallow, get out of here! It’s too dangerous!”
Jamie: *gets up and sprints into the portal as it closes*
[An infected witch doctor appears behind Void and Jade, and screams.]
Infected Witch Doctor: *teleports*
Jade: *burrows into the ground*
Void: *pulls out a scythe and dashes towards Just-Kon.*
Just-Kon: *blocks the scythe with an energy shield and duels with Void*
[Haydn and HF notice the plants around them start to move. A bunch of weeds grow and start swiping at them with their spiky leaves.]
Jade: *appears from the ground*
Haydn: “There she is!” *throws a shadownite hammer at Jade*
Jade: *grows a leaf shield from the ground and deflects the hammer*
HF: *swings her axe at Jade*
Jade: *swipes at HF with vines*
HF: *switches to her double sided blades and swipes at Jade*
Infected Witch Doctor: *teleports on a rock* ; *conjures a bunch of exploding skulls at Vane and the knight*
Vane: *does some acrobatics as he avoids the skulls* ; *throws his halberd at the infected witch doctor* ; *reaches his hand out as the halberd comes back to him*
The Knight: *avoids the skulls and slashes the witch doctor 3 times*
Infected Witch Doctor: *teleports behind them and conjures a bunch of snappers underneath*
[Vane and the knight jump over the snappers as their long mouths snapped shut and dash toward the infected witch doctor.]
Vane: *swings his halberd down and hits the witch doctor*
Infected Witch Doctor: *falls on his hands as the halberd slashes him* ; *groans in pain*
The Knight: *slashes at the witch doctor*
Infected Witch Doctor: *teleports to the left of them*
Void:*electrocutes Just-Kon*
Just-Kon: *gets pushed back and on his knee* ; *stands up* ; *switches into phantom mode*
Void: *looks around, confused*
Just-Kon: *reappears behind Void and slashes him with his sword*
Void: *turns around and conjures a black fireball at Just-Kon*
Just-Kon: *gets knocked back* “Well then, you have some fast reflexes.”
Void: *snarls as he tries to bite Just-Kon*
Just-Kon: “Whoa!” *tries to dodge Void a few times*
[The nearby wheat fires seeds at Haydn.]
Haydn: *throws a shadownite hammer at the hostile wheat like a boomerang*
Jade: *slowly shuffles toward HF*
HF: *walks backwards*
Jade: *turns around, revealing a set of 3 horrifying mouths on the back of her head* ; *lunges at HF and tries to bite her*
HF: “Sorry, Jade.” *pulls out her waraxe and slashes at Jade’s mouths*
Jade: *falls on her front side* ; *transforms into a flower and burrows into the ground*
HF: *looks all around her to see where Jade will pop up*
[A carnivorous plant grows behind HF.]
HF: *turns around and sees the plant*
Haydn: *throws a shadownite hammer at the plant, killing it* ; *runs over to HF* “You ok?”
HF: “Yeah, thanks!”
Jade: *grows in front of Haydn*
Haydn: “Why you little-” *attempts to stomp on Jade*
Jade: *burrows back into the ground and grows some thorns in the spot where she just was*
Haydn: *stomps on the thorns and then immediately takes his foot off the thorns, hopping in pain* “Ow, my foot!”
Jade: *regrows behind them*
Infected Witch Doctor: *summons a bunch of wraiths after Vane and the knight*
[Both Vane and the knight try to swat the wraiths away.]
Vane: “Ah! Cut it out!”
The Knight: *crouches down and then stands straight back up, conjuring a devastating scream*
[The wraiths flying around the knight are obliterated.]
The Knight: *charges towards the witch doctor*
Infected Witch Doctor: *teleports away before the nail could strike him* ; *teleports above the knight and divebombs him*
The Knight: *trembles a little after the impact, but was able to recover* *a crack appears on his head*
Vane: *cyclone slashes the wraiths* ; *stops and looks for the witch doctor* “Where is he?”
Infected Witch Doctor: *teleports above Vane and divebombs him*
Vane: *dashes out of the way before he could get hit*
Infected Witch Doctor: *reappears and conjures more skulls*
Kermit: *wakes up* ; *looks and sees everyone else fighting* ; *looks at Just-Kon and sees that he is struggling against Void*
Void: *pick up Just-Kon and throws him at a house*
Just-Kon: *screams as he crashes into the house* ; *pulls up an energy shield as Void gets closer to him*
Void: *gets ready to bite Just-Kon* ; *roars in pain as a sharp tongue impales his chest* ; *falls to the ground and dies*
Just-Kon: *puts his energy shield down* ; *sees Kermit standing in front of him* “About time!”
Kermit: “Hey, pal, don’t get me mad, because I will kill you if you do!”
Just-Kon: “Ok! Ok! I’m sorry! Jeez!” *sees HF and Haydn tangled in vines by Jade and runs over to help*
Kermit: *sees the knight on his hands and knees, injured* ; *then sees the witch doctor overwhelming Vane* “What the hell is that?!”
[A shadow then passes by. As Just-Kon approaches Jade, a tall figure lands behind Jade and slashes her to death with its sharp claws. Jade trembles to the ground and dies. HF and Haydn are then freed from the vines. The figure then dashes towards the witch doctor and attacks him from left to right. It then stood in front of the witch doctor and stabbed him with its claws.]
Infected Witch Doctor: *starts writhing and screaming uncontrollably* ; *a white essence then pops out of his body* ; *lays limp and dies*
Tall Figure: *drops the figure and turns around*
[The figure can be seen much more clearly now. It appears to be a tall female mantis with plants covering certain parts of her body.]
Just-Kon: “Bri?”
Haydn: “Who is that, Just-Kon?”
Just-Kon: “That’s Bri, the Lush Knight.”
Haydn: “The Lush Knight? Wait, what was the Coral Knight’s name then?”
Just-Kon: “Kyle. He doesn’t like to be called that though.”
Haydn: “Ah, I see.”
Just-Kon: “Just let me talk to her for a moment.” *approaches the Lush Knight* “So I see you’ve survived the Serpent’s Bidding?”
Bri: “Oh, there you are, your highness. And no, actually. An infected parrot bit my arm.”
Just-Kon: “A parrot?! How were you not able to fight off a parrot?”
Bri: “It was so small though. Anyways, Later I woke up and this little knight was standing right in front of me. He looked like he was severely hurt, so I helped him fully recover. He looked really cute too. Speaking of which, have you seen him?”
Just-Kon: “Uh yeah, we were just trying to follow him, but then other things happened. We have no idea where he is now. Oh by the way, these are my friends. Haydn, Hidden Forest, and Kermit. We were just trying to free her flower friend from Pederin’s control.”
Bri: “Oh, well I’m glad I was able to assist.”
[A burst of white particles then spread throughout the air. They then fly back to the spot where they came from. Everyone looks up to see the knight up in the air, absorbing the white essence.]
The Knight: *falls to the ground* ; *stands in a tense pose as if he is very weak*
Bri: “Little knight!” *runs over to him*
[An infected scorpion hyena hops out from the tall grass and impales the knight with its stinger.]
Bri: *screams in horror*
The Knight: *disintergrates into black smoke, leaving only his cracked head as it falls to the ground*
Bri: *lunges at the scorpion hyena and kills it* ; *turns to the knight’s fractured head* ; *picks it up* *tears start dripping from her eyes as she stares at the empty face*
HF: “Oh my god!”
Haydn: “Oh no!”
Kermit: *just stands there*
Vane: *walks over, rubbing his head* “What’s going on here-” *sees the knight’s head* “Oh my!”
Just-Kon: “Bri, I’m so sorry”
Void: *wakes up* “Uuugh, my head.” *sees Just-Kon* “J…Just-Kon?”
Just-Kon: *turns around* “Void! You’re awake!”
Jade: *wakes up all groggy as well*
HF: *sees Jade standing up* “Jade!”
Void: “What’s going on here?”
Just-Kon: “Let’s talk about this once we get back to the palace.”
[Shortly after the group leaves through a portal to the Warp Zone, a black ghost manifests in the spot where the knight was killed.]
