Preztail got hungry,
starvingsmeargle looked awfully alot like candy, what with his chocolate "paint" on his tail. Soon he'll be hundreds of little chocolate treats which kids will mercilessly beat out of this preztail and devour.
SS always wanted to be the life of the party. Now his life will go to entertaining a young kid's birthday party... and sweet tooths :3
