Haha, this is hardly all-out XD. I`m glad you like it so much! Making a super hero all Victorian was pretty fun :D

I loved how you translated the spandex and cape to the style. The belts to hold on the gloves and spats would very creative

The cords that normally hold his cape together reminded me of an opera style cape so I just started the design from there and rolled with it, Plus top hats are pretty much a must for the time period XD
