Edoka Incineroar.
The Ogre Cat Pokemon. Height: 8 foot, 10 inches. Weight: 450 lbs. Type: Fire/Steel
It is believed the higher metal content within the land of Edoka has influenced this large and powerful evolution. Legend has it that a heroic Incineroar once saved the lives of countless people when it stopped a terrifying earthquake by slamming the ground with its club with such force, the shaking land went still.
Signiature Attack: Searing Slam. Fire. Power: 90. 10 PP. (Physical) Incineroar attacks the enemy with a fire-heated club, with the chance of leaving a searing burn. (Searing works like burn, but continues to reduce physical and special attack each turn as well as damage)
Hidden Ability: Mountain Aegis. All ground, rock, and steel damage on this pokemon is halved.
Designed by me and drawn by prisonsuit-rabbitman from DA. (It's not intended to be one of his usual type of work; its just he has the experience drawing this type of body). Again, I thank him for his time and willingness to design from my notes and such.
This is my own fan-created regional form, based on the Legends spin off of Pokemon. This form comes from the land of Edoka, which would be known as Kanto in the future. The Edoka Incineroar is the final evolution of Litten, who would be the fire starter in such a fan game.
My design idea was to make the starters (all from different gens like Legends: Arceus did) evolve into new regional forms based on legendary yokai of Japan; as you obviously see, Incineroar is based on the infamous oni. The idea of Incineroar's fire belt becoming a fire loincloth with a shoulder strap was a combined idea of me and Rabbitman's, deciding on it being fur that lights up when he releases his flames.
I decided the fire/steel typing based on the idea of the heavy metals of Kanto/Edoka (like in Mt. Moon) altering its form to become heavier and stronger. And it would fit the oni image.
While I haven't decided the other two, one idea I did have was to base on the Yamato No Orochi, the multi-headed serpent (Maybe a multi-headed Serperior with a Grass/Dragon type?). If anyone wants to help design or even draw the other two, hit me up!
And yes, for those who are anime-savy, Edoka Incineroar did get inspiration from Yujiro Hanma in his dex entry.
