As you probably know already, (or not :o) I've been working on a mugen character
Work is still in progress, so is possible you find some bugs or issues, but she is fully playable
If you know how to use mugen already, you can download the char in this link (She is compatible on Ikemen GO and mugen 1.1):

I love how during her supers and assists "regular" Shelly teases her opponent by either shaking or slapping her big ass! She's such a sexy and thicc shortstack cat! And my favorites among her other versions are the gigantic cavewoman Shelly and the desert queen one due to how she uses magic to grow in size before crushing the opponent under her and then goes back to her normal size!
I think I'm missing some moves with the couple hours or so I've had practicing with her. I've noticed the AI performs some that I can't seem to execute. I'd love to do a video of her in action but I don't feel like I'd do her justice until I know how to pull off all her moves...
So if you wanna see her dominate matches you may wanna get that move-set out at some point. I've had enough practice that I can do 1V2 and the odd 1V3 matches depending on the lineup but I wanna see if she can match a 1V4 by herself! XD

Well I've managed to discover all of them I think. I haven't seen the AI do anything else and I've performed all the moves I've seen successfully so I'm going to assume I haven't missed anything.
