A piece I did for a friend , featuring his kobold Kibble in a more aquatic rendition! Believe this orginated as a D&D character concept but can't remember what he was exactly. But anyways here he is charming a well-fanged serpent of fluid persuasion!
Background is based on a concept I had for the shorelines of Akavir, one of the continents other than Tamriel on planet Nirn of the Elder Scrolls universe. Figured it would be like much of the game in being quite familiar, with hints of enchantment aplenty.
Pattern on the rocks was based on a design I really liked by Olga, going by Twopigtails on Shutterstock. Be sure to check her out!
This project was nearly triple in size for its original resolution, but its pretty cool to see having remotely respectable fidelity is a premium feature on a art uploading site. Just take my word for it that the underwater bit had sand instead of cement mix.
