I already drew this character as a little Meowth once: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/47152007/ , but now it's a fully-evolved, 100-level puma kitty uwu
Pretty experimental work. This is the first time I've done a fully-digital drawing on my new tablet (I usually make backgrounds traditionally). I had no idea what I was doing with this background, I just messed around with the details on the same layer again and again, going into impressionism or something xd Hope it came out acceptable for the first time :'D
Done with: Clip Studio Paint, Paint Tool SAI, Adobe Photoshop.
