This is a new character I created for storytelling that never really panned out. I recently decided to pick him back up, and also decided to change the name.
The ref sheet was made by
artystu and the original can be seen here. I approached Stu about editing the ref sheet, since I wasn't sure what font he used originally, but he forgot the font, and lost a lot of his info due to a PC crash. I was able to find a similar font to change the name, and figured out the best way to rebuild the background behind it.
