Stardust has custom swimwear that was made using parts from a one-piece swimwear that was in bad shape.
So she did...and while it looks almost as though it could be lingerie? It isn't. (And perhaps it was her husband, Harvey Niko, that made it for her...possibly from an old one-piece swimwear that Yuri Niko wore, during her high school years, that was in bad shape!)
