A NPC from a game I ran all the way back in 1998 that I decided to dust off and update just a little bit. She was a monster hunter in Neo-Tokyo 2099, a specialist with vampires more than anything else. She wears the kogal style well and it does a lot to make her enemies underestimate just how vicious she can be.
