Casey is a party boy, where ever there's music, dancing and alcohol, he's there, but what makes Casey different from other fembois is a mutation inside him, when certain conditions are met, a touch of his stripes can cause different effects on himself, the person who touched him or even a whole crowd of people, the effects that take place are random in nature, varying from things like changing his size, his gender, making others helplessly aroused by his sight or even granting others super powers, Casey tries his best to prevent this from occurring, but sometimes it can't be helped

the conditions he must meet are:
1. he has to have drunk alcohol in the last hour
2. his body has to have made contact with another person (even a brush up coutns as long as it's skin-on-skin contact)
and 3. either he or the person touching him has to be sexually aroused
