Its name is 'ORACLE', an acronym for "OntologicalResurrectionistAncientChosenDivineTranscendenceMainframe."
It's an obsessive hoarder of technology & machine-parts, and leads a cult of scavengers that live in long-abandoned places. ORACLE boasts about being the Chosen One hero and avatar of an ancient dragon god (nobody knows its actual parents), sometimes enticing other vagabond weirdos to follow it.

It believes itself to be a computer and often performs elaborate esoteric rituals with various pieces of trash and machinery, which are also ORACLE's friends/lovers; the specifics of this sacred practice are incomprehensible to others. ORACLE isn't good at magic and is extremely physically weak, relying on its augments & golem companions to get anything done; also it's mostly nonverbal, usually only talking to objects.

Its lover & closest friend is BDG-717 (Biological Disposal Golem 717), a tiny golem with an objective of keeping its machine-home clean by vaporizing insects & other intruding creatures. BDG-717 is very playful with its colorful lasers and often brings ORACLE various insects to be eaten. It may or may not desire to eliminate all life in general but that's not really worth worrying about.
