This is an example of a creature I thought of back when I was like 7 years old. More information will be coming eventually, but I'll give a brief synopsis here.

This is a creature called a Padadededu. They are plush-like nocturnal mammals. They often act as guardians of young and baby furs. They fight off the creatures that lurk in dark rooms, threatening to give nightmares to the little ones.

Padadededus are typically shades of brown and or grey, save for their paw hearts, inner ears, tummies, and heart gems (nose and tail tip). These tend to be much brighter and varied in color
